Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reason(s):

1.3.2 Meaningful Sequence- There was a single instance where a Calendar Popup menu would not gain focus  on Mobile iOS when navigating via flick gestures. Additionally, there was an  instance where focus would be placed halfway down the page, rather than at  the top upon landing on a new page. Due to these issues, this criterion has been  evaluated as partially supported by the website.
